# 活動收費＆退款

### 建立付費活動

在建立活動時，開啟「活動收費」按鈕，即可設定活動費用與收款方式：

* 現場收費：參加者到場後以現金或其他方式付款。
* 線上付款：參加者報名時直接完成付款，款項會由金流商直接匯入主辦方設定的帳戶，JOIN+1 不代收款。

### 查看付款狀態

1. 在「活動列表／進行中」中找到想查看的活動卡片，點擊 「管理」。
2. 點選下方的 「參加者名單」。
3. 在名單中可看到每位參加者的 付款狀態 與 付款方式。

4. 若為線上付款，可點擊「查看資訊／付款狀態」，檢視詳細交易紀錄。

### 退還參加者費用

目前 JOIN+1 尚未支援系統內退款功能，若線上付款的活動需退款，需由主辦方前往[<mark style="color:purple;">**藍新金流後台**</mark>](https://www.newebpay.com/website/Page/content/register)申請退款。

操作步驟如下：

1. 登入藍新金流會員後，進入 「銷售中心」 → 「銷售紀錄查詢」 → 「信用卡交易專用查詢」。
2. 查詢欲退款的交易，點選 「退款」 進行操作。

注意事項

* 信用卡與銀聯卡交易請於交易成立後 89 天內 完成退款操作。
* 若超過 89 天仍需退款，可依以下方式手動處理：

  1. 在「活動列表／進行中」中找到想退款的活動卡片，點擊 「管理」。
  2. 點選下方的 「參加者名單」。
  3. 找到要退款的參加者，點擊 「查看資訊」。
  4. 透過報名表單上的聯絡方式（如信箱、電話），直接與參加者聯繫並安排退款。
